Service Scope

Social Media Check provides a read-only YouTube content dashboard experience. We use authorized API access to display channel profile details, videos, playlists, and summary analytics. The service is intended to support review and analysis of your public-facing YouTube footprint and does not publish, modify, or delete your YouTube content.

User Responsibilities and Lawful Use

You are responsible for your use of the services and for ensuring that your actions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations in your jurisdiction. You must use only accounts and permissions that you are authorized to access.

Data Sources and Accuracy Limitations

Our service presents information made available through Google and YouTube APIs and related metadata sources. While we aim to present accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of third-party data feeds. Any business or operational decision should be made using this service alongside your own independent assessment.

Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to non-public systems, data, or interfaces.
  • Interfere with platform security, stability, or normal operations.
  • Use automated methods outside approved interfaces to scrape or abuse the service.
  • Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity.

Intellectual Property and Content Use

All software, layout, and service materials provided by Social Media Check are owned by SparkNest AI Labs Pvt Ltd and its licensors, except content and marks owned by third-party platforms. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit service materials without prior written permission.

Account Security and Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and connected access permissions. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect system integrity, comply with legal obligations, or investigate misuse.

Service Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at our discretion. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability. Planned and unplanned downtime may occur for maintenance, security, dependency issues, or provider outages.

Limitation and Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkNest AI Labs Pvt Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
